Melting  Sand Mixing--High Pressure Moulding--Pouring--Cooling--sand  blasting--Inner and Outer Surface machining--Cleaning of  Casting--Precision CNC machine--Inspection--Rust Preventive treatment  and painting--packing

i)    alloy cast irons, gray iron, Ductile iron parts (G3000, G3500, GG20,  GG25,GG30, GG35, GGG40, GGG50 and GGG60 15%Cr-Mo, L-NiCuCrl562.1563) ,

ii)  grey high-carbon cast iron

iii) high-silicon,high carbon contents

iiii) Gray iron 250,American Standard G3000,ASTM G3000(USA),GG25(EURO),HT250(CHINA)

2. Weight:16-96 kg

3.Chemical composition

C: 3.35-3.7%  Si: 1.3-2.1% Mn:0.5-1.05%  P ≤ 0.12%   S: ≤ 0.10%

5.Design

Technical expert take in charge of making drawings for the samples offered by clients

As the customer drawing.As the customer sample.

6.Test requriment

Each piece should be strictly tested, Eg. Blance Test, Round Jumpness Test

tensile strength>255N/mm2

degree of hardness:197-241HB

8.Packing

Inner packing: Wooden pallet, 16/20 pcs wrapped film 

Outer packing: Steel rope with16/20 pcs wrapped Film
